Can someone get gonorrhea from being in contact with body fluids with out sexual contact?

Gonorrhea is not passed through contact with intact skin, so you should not get gonorrhea when there is no sexual contact.

You might like to check out or charts called "Know Your Chances". They give you a lot of information about ways of having sex and the chances of getting an STI.
