moving from anal to vaginal penetration: can you comment on the risk of using the same fingers? what about the penis if the female has performed oral sex between the anal penetration and the vaginal penetration? condoms were not used. The male performs oral anal sex: can you comment on his then moving to vaginal oral sex and/or kissing the female on the mouth? thanks

Because you said you were not using condoms, I assume you are not worried about pregnancy, STIs or HIV as these activities would be a risk for all of these.

If you are in a monogamous relationship, you have both done your testing for HIV/STIs and you are not worried about pregnancy, the risk related to the activities that you have described would be moving certain bacteria that are found in her rectum to her urethra. These bacteria can cause a Urinary Tract Infection or UTI in the female partner. This can happen whenever there is anal contact followed by vaginal contact, either with fingers, penis or mouth.
