GetCheckedOnline STI Screening Location

GetCheckedOnline is a way to create your own lab form for STI testing online and bring it to a participating lab location to give your samples for testing.

GetCheckedOnline is best used for routine STI screening. If you have symptoms or other health concerns it’s best to see a health care provider instead. Learn more about how the service works before you create your online account.

How it Works

Create an account. You will be asked to provide some personal information, including name, date of birth, gender, city and phone number.

Give samples at a LifeLabs location. Answer the assessment questions to create a lab form, and take it to a participating LifeLabs Location. You can print the form, or it can be scanned from your phone. At the lab, you will give a blood and/or urine sample, and may be given a swab kit. 

Get your test results. You will receive an email from GetCheckedOnline letting you know when all of your test results have been entered into your account. If any of your results are positive or requires follow-up​, a nurse will contact you.
