On statutory holidays, the REACH UPCC is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Patients are seen according to urgency. Due to high patient volumes, we may stop accepting new patients earlier in the day to ensure our teams have adequate time to care for those already in the que prior to closing of the UPCC.
The last patient will be accepted approximately 1 hour before closing.
