Over 8,000 participants completed the 2014/15 Sex Now survey, making it the largest survey of sexual minority men in Canada. The survey explored Gay Generations: Life Course and Gay Men’s Health, which provided an unprecedented opportunity to learn more from Canadian men about life course influences on health and prevention, and generational differences in men’s health behaviours and outcomes.

Given substantial knowledge gaps surrounding the life course of sexual minority men and related health outcomes, these findings will be relevant for those interested in learning more about important generational differences (and similarities), and how we can best serve sexual minority men of all ages.

Presenters:

  • Dr. Nathan Lachowsky, University of Victoria and CBRC Research Team
  • Logan Lorenz, BA and Investigaytor
  • Jeff Morgan, MA Candidate SFU and Investigaytor
