Hepatitis C Resources in BC: Survey

A needs assessment is being led by the Pacific Hepatitis C Network (PHCN) to better understand the needs of people throughout BC in terms of information about hepatitis C. The final report will be made available on the PHCN website and will be used to help address gaps and provide more information about hepatitis C.

The survey is open to anyone living with, affected by, working to address or interested in learning more about hepatitis C. It’s available in English, takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and runs until January 31, 2018.

The survey asks questions on information needs about hepatitis C, challenges in the province that would benefit from a coordinated, province-wide response, and some questions about the participant. No identifying information (such as IP addresses, names or email addresses) will be collected and all responses will be kept confidential.

Survey participants are also eligible to enter a draw for a $50 Visa gift card.
