Take our survey: Health provider needs for hepatitis B

Hepatitis Services at the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) would like to invite health care providers to participate in a short survey.

The purpose of this survey is to identify the learning needs of health care providers across the province with regard to hepatitis B, in order to inform the development of a new online hepatitis B course.

To access the survey, click on the following link: https://surveys.vch.ca/Survey.aspx?s=3e76844eb255463c8d4bc58786d21522

The survey can be accessed until August 31, 2018.

Everyone who completes the survey can enter into a draw for one of ten $20 gift cards. Please share widely with your staff and colleagues, including community health nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians

If you experience any technical difficulties with the survey, please contact Ellen Fraser, BCCDC CPS Education Program Coordinator
