Metronidazole is an antibiotic taken by mouth for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV) or certain sexually transmitted infections (STI).
Azithromycin is an antibiotic taken for the treatment of certain sexually transmitted infections.
Acyclovir (Zovirax®) and Valacyclovir are antiviral medications taken by mouth for the treatment of genital herpes.
